Bond 50 Collection Arrives Next Week; Dr. No In Theaters Monday

The Bond 50 Collector’s Edition that features all 22 movies for the first time on Blu-ray arrives next week on September 25th. Bond 50 is the ultimate collection for any James Bond fan and something that I’ve been looking forward to for a long time now.

As we celebrate the 50 years of James Bond, it continues to get even better as Dr. No returns to the big screen for one day. This upcoming Monday, September 24th, Dr. No will screen at 50 AMC theaters nationwide at 7 p.m. for only $7 dollars. To make it even more exciting for fans, every guest that attends will receive a commemorative 50 years of James Bond print. It gets even better, because in addition to that, each AMC location will be giving away one Bond 50 complete collection on Blu-ray. I think it’s great to be able to go to the theatre and watch Dr. No on the big screen and pick up a copy of the special 50 years of James Bond commemorative print. It’s even more fun to go and have the chance to win the complete collection a day before the release.

I am a huge James Bond fan and this is looking to be a fantastic year for all fans. The quote above says it best, the excitement continues to build for Skyfall which releases later this year on November, 9th, but it’s great to have all this Bond celebration happening prior to the release. Dr. No in theaters, Bond 50 on Blu-ray, and 007 Legends the video game available to enjoy, all before Skyfall hits theatres in November. I am obviously looking forward to Skyfall, but having all of this promotional activity prior to the release creates for even more excitement and fun for all fans of 007.
