The Friends Experience: The One in Atlanta
The hit series Friends is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year – And the wildly popular FRIENDS Experience is the perfect way to celebrate! Running now through September 6 in Atlanta, Georgia, fans can revisit the show’s most iconic scenes in a two-story enhanced experience (created by Superfly X, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, and Warner Bros. Television Group) filled with memorabilia and props from the popular sitcom!
We had the opportunity to preview the experience last week, and having just re-watched the series (in preparation for HBO Max’s Friends: The Reunion in May), all of the nostalgia came flooding backing to us as we walked through the 12 rooms and activations! From Monica’s kitchen to Joey and Chandler’s living room to the infamous sofa pivot scene to (of course) the iconic Central Perk cafe, it was a beyond geek-out worthy experience!
Take a look at a few of our favorite moments below!
The Atlanta event, appropriately titled “The One in Atlanta,” is located at Perimeter Pointe in Sandy Springs at 1155 Mount Vernon Highway, NE. Ticket prices start at $32.50, plus taxes and fees, and are now on sale exclusively at www.FriendsTheExperience.com.
To ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests, The FRIENDS Experience is currently continuing COVID-19 protocols throughout the space including, but not limited to social distancing, requiring masks, non-invasive temperature checks, and thorough cleaning and sanitization measures.
The experience also includes an extensive FRIENDS retail store featuring exclusive products (because let’s be real, we all want our own Hugsy)!
I’ll wrap this up with one last note, and my only suggestion for SuperflyX…. Please do this for more shows – especially Schitt’s Creek. This was an incredible experience, and I’d love to see something like this for other loved and adored series as well!
Well aren’t y’all just something? Lol! That does look fun and glad y’all were able to experience it! Thanks for the review.
That looks fun! I will have to check out The Friends Experience if it comes to Los Angeles.
😊 i know you had fun did you get anything but the slippers.
Rare as true love is, true friendship is still rarer. Thanks for sharing your experience!
