Stripping enabled her to make enough money to get back into school, and that’s exactly what she did. Cardi B enlisted at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, but eventually dropped out.

Before Cardi B became the rap music sensation that she is today, she was already quite famous as an Internet personality because of her viral posts on Vine and Instagram. In 2015, she became a regular cast member of Love & Hip Hop: New York, a VH1 reality TV show.
