The Geekologists & the French Connection Cocktail
Want to try out the recipe yourself? Here’s a quick cheatsheet of what you need!
French Connection Cocktail Recipe
Add the following ingredients into a shaker:
- 2 fl oz Lillet
- 2 fl oz Cognac
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- ½ fl oz Honey Simple Syrup
- Combine equal parts honey and simple syrup (recommendation 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar (you’ll have leftover syrup)) over medium heat, stirring until the honey dissolves, then let cool. (We highly recommend the cooling part)
- Add ice and cover the shaker
- Shake for about 10 seconds
- Strain into a glass over ice.
