Synopsis
From New Line Cinema comes Shazam! Fury of the Gods, which continues the story of teenage Billy Batson who, upon reciting the magic word “SHAZAM!,” is transformed into his adult Super Hero alter ego, Shazam.
Bestowed with the powers of the gods, Billy Batson and his fellow foster kids are still learning how to juggle teenage life with having adult Super Hero alter-egos. But when the Daughters of Atlas, a vengeful trio of ancient gods, arrive on Earth in search of the magic stolen from them long ago, Billy—aka Shazam—and his family are thrust into a battle for their superpowers, their lives, and the fate of their world.
I really loved the first one. I’m so excited for this new installment and to meet the new characters!

I definitely would like to see Shazam! Fury of the Gods because the trailer alone is top notch. It’s no secret that DC is going through a ‘restructure’ with the entire universe. It will be good to see the movies that have already made, such as this one, before all the changes take place. Also, it will be interesting to see if Black Adam is mentioned in the movie (dare I say an appearance?!?! Lol) Either way, I’m excited and hope to be picked to witness this epic sequel!

I’d like to see this movie for pure entertainment purposes as a movie buff and fan. I am a genuine Marvel fan, but DC has its “growing on me” moments. I can’t wait to see The Flash and what Gunn does for the DCEU.

Shazam has become my comfort movie, for many reasons. From the cast to the humor, and to the love for family, the movie has really become a part of me.

My friend met SHAZAM at the bathroom during a movie convention in Atlanta. He pointed at his privates, and yelled SHAZAM! And he was really nice to him. True story! SHAZAM is a good guy!
My kids enjoyed the first film and look forward to seeing Shazam back in action.
