Jordan Peele Starts to Tease His Fourth Film

Jordan Peele

Jordan Peele is starting to tease his next film. And he has announced that it will release on Christmas Day 2024.

The project, which is still currently untitled, received an updated status on IMDb. It now shows as being in the treatment phase of development. However, details are being kept under wraps.

Peele will be teaming up with Universal Pictures once again for the flick, and as it currently stands, no additional information is available on the project – no casting news or even a hint at what the genre might be, which is par for the course with Peele’s projects.

Previously, Peele has teased that he had a number of ideas for his next project.

“I don’t know what’s next, there are a few ideas percolating. I need to kind of sink into the world a little bit and allow the world to sort of tell me which one is the next one,” Peele stated after the release of 2022’s Nope.

“So that’s what my next couple of months will be spent doing… Sitting, watching, waiting, looking at my coffee,” Peele continued. “If you watch good films you’ll get inspired, even if it has nothing to do with anything you want to do.”

Jordan Peele Comments on the Possibility of a Nope Sequel or Spin-Off

Fans had expressed curiosity about a Nope sequel or spin-off after Peele suggested that there could be more films in that universe. The news came on the heels of IMDb listing Michael Busch as uncredited character named “Nobody,” who was in the first trailer but cut from the movie.

“People are doing a lot of interesting detective work, is what’s going on. The story of that character has yet to be told, I can tell you that. Which is another frustrating way of saying, I’m glad people are paying attention,” Peele teased. “I do think they will get more answers on some of these things in the future. We’re not over telling all of these stories.”

We’ll keep you posted as more details on Jordan Peele’s fourth film surface!
