Angry Neighbors Veto Richie & Madden’s Dream Home

Pregnant NICOLE RICHIE and her fiance JOEL MADDEN have been denied their dream
home – because locals are concerned about the constant presence of
photographers.

The couple made an offer on a house in a gated community in southern
California, but were turned down because of the unwanted attention their
celebrity status would bring.

And Richie – who is expecting her first baby early next year (08) – is
reportedly furious at their decision.

A source tells U.S. Weekly, “Nicole was livid because she loved the house.
She thinks it’s a BS (bulls**t) reason, but she couldn’t fight it.”
