Christina Aguilera Files For Divorce

Two days after announcing that she and husband of five years Jordan Bratman had separated, Christina Aguilera has filed for divorce.

The L.A. Superior Court divorce petition states that the pop princess seeks joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s 2-year-old son, Max. Legal date of separation is listed as Sept. 11. A prenup assures us that there will be no ugly assets battle.

Talk about not wasting time. Sorry Bratman, you’re just not “What A Girl Wants” anymore, well, this high-profile girl anyways.
