Tila Tequila To Sue Former Paparazzo For Defamation

Myspace-made star Tila Tequila is striking back against a former paparazzo she hired, who claims the star is guilty of more than one extremely serious charge.

Accused of kidnapping, extortion, terroristic threats, murder plots, and hostage taking by her former employee Garry Sun, Tequila made a motion earlier this week to file defamation of character charges along with a confidentiality agreement breach charge against Sun.

The man, however, is not backing down, and reports are stating that he believes his case against the star is “very strong”. However, on the other hand, he’s also stating that the two dated, which Tila is being very forefront in letting be known that “for the record, that would be a definite false”.
