Britney Spears Talks: Best Birthday Of My Life

Britney Spears escaped to a private $5,000 per-night villa in Conchas Chinas, Mexico to celebrate her 29th birthday according to the latest issue of US Weekly. The pop star wasn’t alone for the big day, she had boyfriend and former agent Jason Trawick with her who surprised her with a red-velvet cake shipped from L.A.!

Spears turned 29 on December 2nd, and despite all the negative rumors surrounding her and her beau in the press recently, the duo didn’t let it get them down according to an inside source. In fact, according to Spears it was a great getaway!

“My birthday weekend away with Jason was amazing. Best birthday of my life!” Spears told US Weekly.

It’s hard to know what to make of the rumors that have been published in Star Magazine and on Radaronline about Jason Trawick’s alleged physical abuse of Britney. Britney’s former 55-hour husband back in 2004, Jason Alexander, had come forward saying that Britney had told him of the abuse, and even had an audio tape to back it up. Lawyers have since denied that it was Britney on the tape saying, “It is “100 percent not her,” Larry Rudolph told Access Hollywood. “Lawyers are amassing. We are 100 percent taking stern and immediate legal action.”
