Lea Michele insists she doesn’t have to worry about going to the gym because the amount of dancing she has to do for her role as Rachel Berry in the hit TV show Glee ensures she stays in top shape.
She said: “My workout is working on ‘Glee’. We’re moving and dancing all the time.”
Lea also credits her vegan diet for her slim figure and is adamant people need to take more care about what they choose to eat.
She added to Britain’s Glamour magazine: “As for my diet, I believe that what we put into our bodies is important. I became a vegan when I moved to California. I eat a lot, but really well. Every morning, I make a tofu scramble with soy cheese; lunch and dinner is usually a salad, with lots of vegetables, and pasta. I love to cook. I make a great baked ziti pasta.”
