‘The Vampire Diaries’ Cast Visits Cirque du Soleil’s ‘Totem’ In Atlanta

The Vampire Diaries cast members Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev and Claire Holt attended Cirque du Soleil’s Totem here in Atlanta last Friday night – the same performance that FanBolt visited to review the show!

Dobrev was attending Totem for the second time in less than a month as she wanted to bring her boyfriend Somerholder and her mother who is currently visiting her in town to see the show. As soon as he entered inside the Big Top, Somerhalder, who had never seen a Cirque du Soleil show before, said, “This will be so amazing!” Dobrev answered, “You can’t even imagine; this show is terrific!”

After the performance, the actors went backstage to meet with the Totem cast members and take pictures. Somerhalder was pleased to be able to meet the elite athletes he saw performing on stage, “I didn’t even know human beings could do that!” Claire Holt mentioned having an absolute blast and that she enjoyed the show from beginning to end.

Dobrev, Holt, and Somerhalder aren’t the only cast members to have visited Totem. Paul Wesley attended on October 27th, and Steven R McQueen visited on November 18th.

Totem runs through December 30th! Tickets range in price from $40-$153.50. Visit for more information.
