‘Undercovers’ Recruits Alan Dale For Recurring Role

Alan Dale [well known for his work on Lost, Ugly Betty and The O.C.], has signed on for a recurring role on NBC’s Undercovers.

But what role will he fill? James Kelvin, the boss of Shaw (Gerald McRaney) and the man responsible for bringing Steven and Samantha Bloom back to the CIA. Character Kelvin is reportedly quite interested in elements from the Blooms’ past – which may or may not have been the whole reason they were recruited in the first place.

The actor most recently guest-starred on the hit show Burn Notice. Clearly, this is positive news for the show. Anything to get ratings up – I believe this show has some great Mr. And Mrs. Smith-like potential!
