Darren Aronofsky Opening Door For ‘Batman’

Darren Aronofsky is considering turning his axed Batman movie script into a comic.

When asked if he’d considered doing a comic recently, the director said, “Well, we’re actually doing one. It hasn’t really been announced, I don’t know if I should give you the scoop! But we’re getting there. We’re doing a comic book of a script that’s really hard to make and we’re going to do a comic version first and see what happens…”

With Christopher Nolan saying ‘Dark Knight Rises’ is his last Batman movie, could this be Aronofsky’s way of getting his foot in the door?
