Popstar Rihanna has cancelled a second concert in Indonesia. Tuesday she cancelled her show in Malaysia and now her concert scheduled in Jakarta Thursday has been canceled as well. The show’s tour promoter cited “an assault case involving Rihanna’s boyfriend,” singer Chris Brown, say published reports.
Rihanna, 20, withdrew from performing at the Grammys on Sunday – the same day Brown, 19, was arrested and charged with making a criminal threat. He was subsequently released on $50,000 bail.
Rihanna had previously cancelled a concert on Jakarta last November after the Australian government issued a travel warning in the wake of the executions of the three men convicted of the 2002 Bali bombings.
