1964 – The Beatles made their film debut as “A Hard Day’s Night” premiered in London.

1965 – The Jefferson Airplane formed in San Francisco, California.

1973 – Queen released “Keep Yourself Alive,” their first single.

1978 – Former NYPD beat cop, Eddie Mahoney had his name changed to Eddie Money.
