50 Cent is finally speaking up on allegations that have caused celebrities to tweet away and tabloids to go crazy: that he and hooked up with funny-lady Chelsea Handler.

E! News recently got 50 talking, and for the record, while he admits that while he and the Chelsea Lately host did get together in New Orleans, romance did not play a part.

“We were actually just talking about a film project, I think she’s amazing,” says 50. So amazing in fact, that 50 felt the need to send Handler a whole room full of flowers following her VMA hosting gig.
