CW To Re-Air Pilot Episode Of ‘Smallville’
Just as the good news that Smallville‘s finale will be a two-hour event settles, more great news for fans has arrived via the CW!
The CW network has decided to re-air the pilot episode of Smallville on Friday, April 8th at 8/7c! Fans of the show can relive the very first hour of Smallville, which originally aired on October 16, 2001, on The WB.
The episode features the crash-landing of Kal-El in Smallville, before jumping ahead 12 years to a teenaged Clark Kent (Tom Welling) saving a reckless Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) in a car accident, kicking off their iconic friendship-turned-rivalry-to-be.
Coming full circle, Rosenbaum is set to reprise the role of Lex in the series finale, airing Friday, May 13.
After the pilot, Supernatural will air a repeat, but both shows will return with new episodes the following week! Smallville fans, are you excited to relive the episode that captured all our hearts?
