‘How I Met Your Mother’ Spin-Off Casts Meg Ryan
The How I Met Your Mother spin-off has cast their narrator – and it’s Meg Ryan!
How I Met Your Dad will be Ryan’s first major prime-time regular TV series role. A role that was filled by Bob Saget on the now completed How I Met Your Mother. Much like Saget’s role, Ryan will never be seen on screen. She will only narrate the story, supplying the voice for future Sally.
Anyone else find it cute that Ryan is playing a character named Sally? We do! It’s a wonderful nod to her 1989 hit film When Harry Met Sally.
