Miley Cyrus Is Sick Again After Milan Concert

Miley Cyrus is sick again – not long after she was hospitalized last month.

The Wrecking Ball hitmaker fell ill with a sinus infection earlier this year and subsequently suffered an allergic reaction to her medication, which ended in a hospital stay and the postponement of the remaining dates on her U.S. tour.

Cyrus resumed the trek in Europe last month, but has now worried her fans by revealing she has fallen sick again.

In a post on her page on Monday, she writes, “Sick as a (dog).”

Cyrus is due to perform in Vienna, Austria tonight, and posted an update just hours before showtime, adding, “Hope I don’t suck tonight… still sick.”

With her last performance in Milan, Italy on Sunday night, Cyrus shocked fans by taking aim at Selena by singing her song “FU” to a cardboard cutout of her former Disney cohort.

A concertgoer handed Cyrus a piece of cardboard with Gomez’s face taped on it while she was belting out the defiant track.

In video footage posted on, the pop star can be seen directing her lyrics to the faux Gomez, singing, “I don’t really have much to say/ I was over it the second that I saw her name/ I got two letters for you/ One of them’s F and the other one’s U,” before hurling the prop back into the audience.

Cyrus and Gomez were both Disney darlings, starring on their respective series Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place. The singers both previously dated pop star Nick Jonas.
