‘True Blood’ Prepares for Final Season with LA Premiere

True Blood fans prepare to say farewell to Bon Temps, while their favorite characters prepare to do bad things for one last season. The show, based on the Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris, welcomed viewers into a kooky, crazy, completely jacked up world of vampires, werewolves, faeries, skinwalkers, witches and more and we couldn’t get enough of it, but as such with all things, its time is coming to an end.

A band of rogue H-vamps crashes the vampire-human mixer at Bellefleur’s, with shocking results. As Sookie (Anna Paquin) seeks refuge from accusations that she’s somehow to blame for the chaos in Bon Temps, the “one vampire for every human” plan moves forward. In the face of a vigilante insurrection led by redneck Vince (Brett Rickaby), Bill (Stephen Moyer) receives aid from an unexpected source.

The final season of True Blood premieres June 22nd at 9pm on HBO.
