USA Network Picks Up New Series ‘Colony’

USA Network has picked up Colony, an alien occupation series from Carlton Cuse (Bates Motel) and Ryan Condal (Hercules). The series is set in the near future with Los Angeles occupied by alien intruders. While some work with and receive benefits from the aliens, others rebel and suffer as a result. The series follows a family split by the opposing viewpoints.

USA Network’s Chris McCumber said: “Colony is a gripping story that brilliantly weaves together an intense family drama in an authentic, yet unknown, world. We are pleased to be in business with Ryan Condal and Carlton Cuse, who is clearly one of the best in the industry when it comes to genre fiction.”
