Rick Ross, Diddy and More Record Hip-Hop Track Dedicated to Michael Brown

Rap stars including Rick Ross, Diddy, The Game and 2 Chainz have joined forces to record a new protest track dedicated to the African-American teen whose death earlier this month sparked the unrest in Ferguson, Missouri.

Unarmed Michael Brown’s death at the hands of a police officer prompted a series of stand-offs between activists, locals and cops, while stars like Lauryn Hill, Nelly, Common and Diddy paid tribute to the dead teen, who was laid to rest two weeks ago.

And now The Game has gathered some of hip-hop’s biggest names to record and release the track “Don’t Shoot,” which is dedicated to Brown.

The track also features Fabolous, Wale and Swizz Beatz, among others, while TGT members Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank join a kids choir for the song’s chorus.
