Shia LaBeouf has obtained a restraining order on a woman who was found lurking around his Sherman Oaks, California home last month.
Graciela Nahle, 31, has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the Transformers star, after she plead no contest to trespassing in a Los Angeles court.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, she was subsequently sentenced to 45 days in jail but was released after serving four days of her term.
The court papers also reveal that Nahle visited LaBeouf’s home at least three different times in the past few months, including an incident where she showed up eating watermelon in his driveway and when he told her to leave, she allegedly screamed at him, “I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up the world! You are Albert Einstein and we belong together!”
Editors at TMZ also report that Nahle once arrived at his property with an infant and claimed to have been best friends with him in a past life.
