Musicians on Call Set to Honor Kelly Clarkson at 15th Anniversary Celebration

Kelly Clarkson is set to be honored at the Musicians on Call 15th anniversary celebration in November.

Clarkson will be feted for her work with the nonprofit organization, which provides live and recorded music to hospital patients across America.

A statement from Clarkson reads:

“Being involved with Musicians On Call has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I consider it a great gift to be able to share music and bring smiles to these brave children and their loved ones. It is healing for us all and I can’t wait to do it again!”

Jessie J and Nick Jonas will perform at the event in New York on November 18, and Jonas admits he’s happy to be able to help the organization.

He tells Rolling Stone, “The power of music can help anyone facing difficult times. I recently had the opportunity to visit a Musicians on Call program and I couldn’t be more excited to perform at the 15th Anniversary Celebration.”
