FOX Reportedly Developing Live-Action ‘X-Men’ TV Series

The X-Men are set to become the next comic book superheroes to head to the small screen, according to reports.

Producers at Fox network are said to have been discussing plans to develop a live-action TV series based on the hit Marvel Comics’ mutant characters “for a while now”, although an official deal has yet to be made, reports (the site that also called the development of the upcoming and recently announced Supergirl series).

If the rumors are true, the X-Men, co-created by Stan Lee, won’t be the only comics to be brought to life on TV – The Walking Dead, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Arrow, The Flash, The Strain,Daredevil, Constantine, Agent Carter and Gotham are just some of the shows based on popular graphic novels.
