CW Rebooting ‘Tales From The Darkside’
The CW is planning a reboot of the 1980’s horror anthology series Tales from the Darkside.
The project comes from CBS TV Studios. There is a script at the network with Joe Hill (Stephen King’s son) writing. Alex Kurtman and Roberto Orci (Sleepy Hollow) will executive produce with Mitch Galin, Heather Kadin and Jerry Golod. The series would run in summer 2014 as a half-hour series.
The original series was created by George A. Romero and ran from 1984-1988.
