Ariana Grande on Big Sean Romance: ‘I Think the World of Him’

Ariana Grande has opened up about her budding romance with rapper Big Sean, branding him “one of the most amazing men in the whole world”.

The pop star began dating her frequent collaborator over the summer and they went public with their relationship in August, when they were spotted on a movie date and then caught on camera holding hands backstage at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Grande has now confirmed the relationship in an interview with Britain’s The Telegraph newspaper, insisting her new man is a real gentleman.

Asked if the pair is dating, she replies, “Yes” and gushes, “He is one of the most amazing men in the whole world, and that includes my grandfather and my brother. I think the world of him, and he’s an amazing person. That’s kind of all there is to it.”

The 21-year-old previously dated fellow singer Jai Brooks on and off until she ended the relationship for good in July, while Big Sean, 26, called off his engagement to Glee actress Naya Rivera in April. She has since rebounded with actor Ryan Dorsey, who she wed in July.
