Kelly Rowland Welcomes First Child

Kelly Rowland is a new mom!

The former Destiny’s Child member, 33, gave birth to her first child, son Titan Jewell Witherspoon, on Tuesday.

The star confirmed the news in a statement late on Tuesday night. It read: “We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son. We are blessed to report everyone is healthy and happy.”

The baby’s father is Rowland’s husband, music manager Tim Witherspoon. The couple wed in May and Rowland let it slip she was expecting a baby boy in an interview in July.

While talking about her pregnancy journey with Fox News Channel, Rowland said, “We’re very excited. So far, everything has been good. I just feel like the baby is already (spoiled) rotten – like, literally, my (beauty brand) Caress family has gotten him all of his little bathing stuff, his toys – it’s just so cool.”

Rowland quickly realized she had ‘outed’ her baby as a boy, and exclaimed, “It, it’s… oh, f**k it! It’s a boy. It’s a boy!”
