Wale Recovering After Mystery Surgery

Wale is recovering in hospital after undergoing a mystery surgical procedure.

The rapper took to his Twitter page last week to reveal he needed an operation, but he failed to share any further details.

He wrote, “Been out of commish (commission). Surgery next week. I’mma bounce back crazy tho.. On bed rest puttin things in perspective (sic)”.

On Monday, he shared a snap of himself from his hospital bed on Instagram and admitted the medical visit had made him reflect on his life.

In the accompanying caption, he wrote, “U get all emo (emotional) and think about a lot of s**t in these situations… I’m thankful for the perspective of knowin who REALLY ‘yeah’ (who’s down for me). I know I know I know… And it’s bittersweet! Anyway love to my family/friends fans (sic)”.
