HBO Releases ‘Girls’ Season 4 Trailer

HBO’s hit series Girls returns to the network in January and although its creator and star Lena Dunham has been shrouded in controversy lately, fans have still been anticipating a new season of the show.

The Emmy award winning series takes a look at the assorted humiliations and rare triumphs of a group of girls in their 20s and, in addition to Dunham, stars Jemima Kirke, Allison Williams, Zosia Mamet, Adam Driver, Alex Karpovsky, Andrew Rannells and Ebon Moss-Bachrach. Dunham also serves as Executive Producer along with Judd Apatow and Jenni Konner.

In the newly released trailer, Lena Dunham’s Hannah and Zosia Mamet’s Shoshanna both appear to be having a rough time fitting in with their new surroundings, with Hannah’s writer’s group not going so well and Shoshanna venturing into the real world and learning that she has an “off-putting style”.

The fourth season premiere of Girls airs Sunday, January 11 at 9PM, only on HBO.
