‘Boy Meets World’ Favorites Returning for ‘Girl Meets World’ Season 2

Girl Meets World‘s second season will be an exciting one for fans of its parent-series (in every sense of the words) Boy Meets World.

Disney announced today that fan favorites and original cast members Will Friedle (Eric), Ryder Strong (Shawn) and William Daniels (Mr. Feeny), will make appearances throughout the second season of the spin-off series.

According to the Girl Meets World writers’ Twitter account “Shawn, Eric and Mr. Feeny will be an important part of season 2. Lives will change. People will grow. People won’t.” Hmmm, wonder what that could mean…

The writers also teased this interesting little tidbit:

Announcement #6: Another member of the original cast will also join us this year. There will be an announcement about it. That is all.
