New mother Lively, 27, has been lauded for her foray into entrepreneurship with new lifestyle website Preserve, while Efron proved his staying power by going from High School Musical star to blockbuster film actor.
Harry Potter actress Watson’s contributions outside the industry made waves last year after she gave a powerful speech on feminism as a United Nations Woman Goodwill Ambassador, while Ellen Page has been praised for ‘coming out’ as gay last February.
Other celebrities on the list include Keira Knightley, Ansel Elgort, Rooney Mara and Emma Stone.
