Arnold Schwarzenegger Joining WWE Hall of Fame

Arnold Schwarzenegger is heading to the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Hall of Fame in recognition of his contributions to the sport.

The Expendables star and former Mr. Universe will reportedly be feted as an inductee of the Hall of Fame celebrity wing, which currently features previous honorees like boxing champ Mike Tyson and property tycoon Donald Trump, according to TMZ.com.

Schwarzenegger will be celebrated during the upcoming WrestleMania 31 weekend in late March, alongside late wrestling icon Randy Savage, aka Macho Man, who was killed in a car crash in 2011.

The actor is no stranger to the world of wrestling – he has made numerous appearances at the Monday Night RAW and Smackdown events over the years, while he was also on hand to help induct legendary wrestler Bruno Sammartino into the Hall of Fame in 2013.
