Diana Ross Heads to Las Vegas for Residency
Diana Ross has landed a deal to headline a limited engagement residency in Las Vegas this spring.
The Supremes star will take the stage at The Venetian hotel and casino resort for a show called The Essential Diana Ross: Some Memories Never Fade.
The concert will include hits from her nearly five-decade career, including classic songs such as “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” “I’m Coming Out” and “Endless Love.”
Ross kicks off the concerts on April 1 and will perform over three successive weekends.
Her gig at The Venetian ends a long-running deal with Caesars Palace, the resort she called home for 24 of her 44 years performing in Sin City.
The news of Ross’ mini-residency comes weeks after Mariah Carey announced she will also be heading to Las Vegas for a residency at Caesars in May.
