‘The Walking Dead’ Companion Series Officially Named ‘Fear The Walking Dead’
It’s official! The name of The Walking Dead‘s highly-anticipated companion series is Fear The Walking Dead.
Series creator and executive producer Robert Kirkman confirmed the news via Twitter today saying, “IT’S OFFICIAL! The walking dead companion show on AMC is called FEAR THE WALKING DEAD! Expect more news very soon! #FearTheWalkingDead”

The series currently stars Cliff Curtis (Missing,Gang Related), Kim Dickens (Gone Girl,Sons of Anarchy), Frank Dillane (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince) and Alycia Debnam Carey (Into the Storm).
AMC has high hopes for the new show and to prove it, the network has ordered two seasons of it before the pilot even premieres.
The 6-episode first season set to begin shooting in Vancouver next month and premiere a bit later this year.
