‘Revenge’ Star Emily VanCamp Will Appear in ‘Captain America: Civil War’

Emily VanCamp will reportedly be reprising her Captain America: Winter Soldier role in the upcoming Captain America: Civil War.

Deadline is reporting that the star will reprise her role of Agent 13/ Kate/ Sharon Carter in the latest installment of the superhero’s saga. Agent 13 popped up in the most recent Captain America film as a S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent ordered to protect the hero. Although Agent 13 hasn’t been established as Sharon Carter yet, but Marvel fans are always ahead of the curve when it comes to identifying characters.

This is some good news for Emily, on the heels of the cancellation of her ABC series Revenge.

It was announced this week that the series will end with the May 10th season finale, “Two Graves”, being the final episode. There has been speculation surrounding its cancellation for a little while, from ABC’s “be there for the final four episodes” promos to the very recent death of (SPOILER) Madeline Stowe’s character Victoria Grayson.
