It’s always fun getting to see our favorite Vampire Diaries characters all spiffied up, and last week Jo and Alaric’s wedding gave the good-looking townspeople of Mystic Falls a chance to do just that.
Although last week’s episode seemed like The Vampire Diaries‘ callback to Game of Thrones‘ infamous Red Wedding, we still have to choose our style picks as we continue to recover before this week’s (sure to be brutal) season finale.
Elena looked great in her mauve bridesmaid dress and clearly we weren’t the only ones who noticed, seeing how she and Damon had to take a little detour before walking Alaric and Jo down the aisle. The evening gown had a well-fitted lace bodice with a chiffon skirt and a beautifully detailed scalloped illusion neckline.
Elena’s BCBGMAXAZRIA Brandy Sleeveless Lace Illusion Gown in Dark Lilac Mauve by Bcbgmaxazria can be rented here for $100. If you want to buy this beautiful gown, you should be ready to drop $498
Liv Parker wore my personal favorite dress to the ceremony. The black aspirin dot tulle dress’ sweetheart neckline really worked well with Liv’s…assets, while the 3/4 length gown with gathered tulle skirt and exposed back zipper was a great mixture of flirty and fun.
Liv’s awesome Grace Gathered Tulle Dress is regularly priced at $595.00, but is on sale over at Milly for $297.99.
Bonnie was all tied up elsewhere but still managed to look awesome while fighting for her life. The blackish gray top she wore was an effortless layering piece adorned in lace, that added a unique touch to what could have been a plain outfit.
Bonnie’s Free People Toosaloosa Slub Keepsake Henley Top is originally priced at $68.00, but is on sale for $57.80 here.
What were some of your favorite looks from last week’s episode of TVD?
