‘Game of Thrones’ Star Peter Dinklage Reminds Us Why Tyrion’s the Man… Through Song

Most fans know that Peter Dinklage plays Tyrion Lannister on HBO’s hit series Game of Thrones. The character is definitely a fan-favorite, as one of the more sensible ones on the show, with snarky lines that are rivaled by few others. If anything were to happen to him, it’s quite possible fans would riot.

Well now Peter has joined forces with Coldplay in support of their Red Nose Day charity event and released a short song letting fans know that Tyrion may be a lot of things, but the most important is that he’s still here, unlike many of his former castmates.

Check out Peter reminding us why you can’t have anything but respect for Tyrion:

Red Nose Day is a fundraiser that raises needed money for great organizations working in the US and internationally to alleviate child poverty. It’s a fun, philanthropic and entertaining way to make a huge impact and stars like Christina Aguilera, Will Farrell, Sam Smith, John Legend and many more have signed on to support the event.

The Red Nose Day telecast will feature the entire sketch documenting the creation of Game Of Thrones: The Musical, written by Coldplay and featuring a number of the HBO show’s cast members.

Catch it on Thursday, May 21 at 8pm PT/ET on NBC!
