Aunt Becky and Uncle Jesse Together Again! Lori Loughlin Confirms ‘Fuller House’ Return
Lori Loughlin has confirmed that she’ll be appearing in Fuller House and our hearts can barely contain themselves at the thought of an Aunt Becky/ Uncle Jesse reunion!
Loughlin confirmed to People that she will be appearing in the Full House spinoff saying, “Doing that show was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had…It was just so much fun.”
She also stated that she thinks the new series will be a success, due to the original show’s creator being involved. “I think with Jeff Franklin at the helm – he’s the creator of Full House – it’s hard to go wrong because nobody’s more protective of that show than he is,” she said. “That’s his baby.”
Fuller House will follow oldest Tanner sister DJ, now a recent widow and mother of 2 with one on the way. She opens her home to her sister Stephanie , bff Kimmy Gibbler and her teenage daughter and the three will try and navigate life similar to the way it was done for them. The show is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in 2016.
Now that the pair will be reunited onscreen, there’s no word on whether or not their kids, twins Nicky and Alex (played by Dylan and Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit) will also make an appearance.
Dylan isn’t super active on Twitter, but Blake previously tweeted about the show and it didn’t seem like a Nicky/Alex appearance was happening:
To everyone: As far as I know, the new show is not a "Fullhouse Reunion ", it will revolve around a few characters from the show though.
