Steve Is Back! Lori Loughlin Shares Photo of Scott Weinger on ‘Fuller House’ Set

Scott Weinger has officially begun filming as Steve for the Full House spin-off, Fuller House.

Scott’s Fuller House co-star Loughlin shared a picture with the two of them on set via Twitter today along with the message, “Steve! I love you DJ! @ScottWeinger @candacecbure #FullerHouse”.

It was revealed that Scott would be appearing on the show a few weeks ago, with Scott breaking the news himself by tweeting a picture of his placeholder with his old Full House moniker on it.

It’s been a fun ride keeping up with the Fuller House cast as they take a step back into their 90s characters shoes. So far we’ve seen pics of the cast hanging out, Jesse (John Stamos) and Becky’s (Lori Loughlin) all grown up twins, John and Lori looking pretty chummy and more.

Candace Cameron-Bure, who plays Steve’s old flame DJ and oldest Tanner daughter DJ, recently said that fans can expect the series to feel the same tonally, but touch on the issues that today’s families and youth face. “Tonally, it will feel the same as the original Full House, which is heartfelt and funny and family friendly but its current. It’s today’s time.”

Fuller House heads to Netflix in 2016.
