The newest Jem and the Holograms trailer introduces an important part of the band’s success that fans weren’t happy to see missing in the original trailer.
The first trailer for the film remake of the 80s cartoon underwhelmed many of the fans that grew up on the series. One overwhelming complaint was that Synergy, the computer responsible for projecting the holographic image of Jem onto Jerrica and her band, was noticeably missing.
Well, it looks like Universal has done their best to make up for that, making sure to include the cute little robot in the latest official look at the film. Although it looks like the role of Synergy isn’t the same as it was in the animated series, hopefully fans will be a little happier to know that it wasn’t completely left out.
