It’s a Brand New Day in ‘The Wiz Live!’ Preview

[tps_header]The new look at The Wiz Live! features more cast members in costume than we’ve seen so far including first looks at Uzo Aduba, Queen Latifah, Common and more!

Those familiar with the twist on the classic tale will see that the new preview includes shots of Dorothy (Shanice Williams) in awe as she enters The Wiz’s palace, Evillene’s (bka The Wicked Witch of the West) slaves singing and dancing to “Brand New Day” and The Wiz herself making quite the grand entrance.
