David Beckham Named ‘People’s 2015 Sexiest Man Alive

Athlete, entrepreneur and family man David Beckham has been crowned with the honor of being chosen as People‘s Sexiest Man Alive for 2015.

“It’s a huge honor,” the superstar told People in regards to landing the Sexiest Man title. “And I’m very pleased to accept.”

Beckham, 40, has been regarded as one of the world’s most attractive men for some time now, but surprisingly doesn’t see himself as all that great looking. “I never feel that I’m an attractive, sexy person,” he says in his accompanying People magazine interview.

His kids are also around to keep him humble about his new title. “We kind of laughed about it with the boys and the boys kind of laughed at me and said, ‘Really?! Sexiest man alive? Really?'”

Beckham’s equally famous wife Victoria was happy to learn about her husband’s new honor telling the mag, “I would hope that she feels this way about me all the time anyway! But she said, ‘Congratulations!'”

The star joins the ranks of previous Sexiest Men Alive such as Chris Hemsworth, Adam Levine Bradley Cooper, Channing Tatum, Johnny Depp and more.
