Moviegoers Say Jonas Bros Film a Cost-Effective Alternative
Online advance ticket sales for “Jonas Brothers: The 3-D Concert Experience” spiked on Monday at MovieTickets.com as the film sold more tickets yesterday than it did Monday (Feb. 16) and Tuesday (Feb. 17) of last week combined.
The value proposition of the film – which offers a front-row view of the Jonas Brothers’ hugely popular “Burning Up” concert tour – may have something to do with it. According to a recent MovieTickets.com poll, moviegoers see the 3-D Concert Experience as an economically friendly alternative to concert tickets.
