It’s a sad day for Powers fans. The PlayStation Network has cancelled the superhero drama after a two-season run. The series creator, Brian Michael Bendis, confirmed the news via Twitter with the following posts.

The Georgia-filmed series debuted in March of 2015 and was PlayStation’s first scripted series. The adaptation of Bendis’ 2000 comic book was produced by Jinxworld and Circle of Confusion in association with Sony Pictures Television. Bendis, Remi Aubuchon, Michael Avon Oeming and David Engel served as executive producers.
