Robert Pattinson As ‘Spider-Man 4’ Villain?

There has been speculation for months about the actors who will play the villains in ‘Spider-Man 4,’ and Robert Pattinson is rumored to be inconsideration for the role.

Director Sam Raimi has said that he won’t publicly announce the villains in the new flick until the script is finished, and earlier in July the script was sent back for a re-write – so there has been no news on the casting front.

Industry insiders are almost positive that Pattinson will not be cast in the film due to his own busy schedule next year – when ‘Spider-Man 4’ is set to begin filming.

We’d love to see Pattinson play a villain, but it looks like this one is just gossip.
