Miley Cyrus Didn’t Want A Hannah Montana Movie

Miley Cyrus’ first leading role in a feature film was with ‘Hannah Montana: The Movie’, and the star admits she did have a number of concerns going into the project. In fact, the star confirmed that she didn’t even want to make the film initially.

“It is true!” says Cyrus, “At first, I was a little concerned because I wanted to know how the show would work in a movie format.”

The element that scared Cyrus the most about bringing her TV character to the big screen was just being able to make it realistic. “We wanted to make a movie that was more realistic than the show, along with some comedy and romance.” explains Cyrus, “I think we did a good job of doing that, but it was a little scary at the start.”
