Green Lantern May Shoot In U.S.

It was reported that The Green Lantern’s proposed Australian shoot was in danger, due to the rising Australian dollar blowing out production costs.

Today it is reported that the film may shoot in the US, likely in near New Orleans. This does not mean that all of the film will be shot there, but does show that Warner Bros. is working on a backup plan. New Orleans has drawn many films to the city in recent years, due to tax incentives. Jonah Hex is also shooting there.
