‘Bloodshot’ Is Matthew Vaughan’s Next Project

According to reports, ‘Kick-Ass’ director Matthew Vaughn is lining up an obscure comic book for his next adaptation: Valiant Comics’ ‘Bloodshot’.

The report explains that there are two slightly different volumes of the comic, and the movie will focus on volume 2. The story centers on Angelo, a reanimated government assassin killing machine who is on the run and trying to figure out his identity before the government transformed him. Vaughn is writing the script with Jane Goldman, who wrote ‘Stardust’ and ‘Kick-Ass’ for him.
